We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship Worldwide.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@trynurelle.com
