Step 1 — Sit & Position
Place the PelviEase comfortably on any chair or sofa. Sit naturally on top of it — no awkward positioning, no preparation required.
Step 2 — Select Your Setting
Choose your intensity level using the wireless remote — 5 levels so you can start gently and build gradually. The device will begin its guided rhythm automatically. When the cushion rises and vibrates — contract your pelvic floor. When it falls — relax. That's the entire technique.
Step 3 — Let It Work
Follow the guided session for 5 minutes. The vibration cues tell you when to engage and when to relax — so you don't have to think about whether you're doing it correctly. Repeat daily for best results.
Step 4 — Recover
When your training session ends, switch to soothing mode on the remote. Let the gentle heat and massage work for two minutes. This is your cool-down — it relaxes the muscles you've just worked and makes the whole routine feel like something you'd actually want to come back to tomorrow.
